Welcome to the Calm Delivery Community. By requesting a session or volunteering as a Guide, you agree to these basic ground rules.

1. Peer Support, Not Formal Advice

The Calm Delivery Community is a platform for peer-to-peer mentoring and troubleshooting. Any insights, suggestions, or conversations shared during a session are for informational and encouragement purposes only. They do not constitute formal business, management, or legal consultancy. Calm Delivery Limited and individual Guides accept no liability for any actions taken or project outcomes resulting from these sessions.

2. Confidentiality

To keep this a safe space, both seekers and Guides agree to keep all session discussions strictly confidential. You must not share specific organisational secrets, proprietary data, or personal details discussed during a session outside of the call.

3. Voluntary Participation

Guides donate their time entirely voluntarily. Calm Delivery Limited does not employ the guides and cannot guarantee specific outcomes, matches, or ongoing availability.

4. Respect and Cancellations

We expect absolute mutual respect. If you need to cancel an arranged chat, you must give at least 48 hours' notice.

Calm Delivery Limited reserves the right to remove any participant or refuse service to anyone who misses sessions without notice or fails to act respectfully.
